My vision is to improve the financial, physical and emotional well-being of individual consumers and contribute to making the world a more harmonious and happier place to live in. Over time, I intend to build a portfolio of products and services in each of these three areas.
I would like my products to empower people across geography, life-course, age, income and gender to take actions that instill and enhance their sense of well-being. The ecosystem while focusing on consumers also intends to enable foundations, enrich investors and create a positive social impact on the community.
After years of working in the financial industry, I felt the need to pivot away from serving high net worth institutional clients and instead serve individual consumers. I am now exploring how to create easy-to-use, consumer-accessible products that make people healthier, happier and more in control of their finances.
I am using my independent study program to round out my design skills. In doing so I hope to merge critical dimensions of human-centered design thinking with business concepts and engineering to innovate and create products that improve the well-being of consumers.
